About the Role

Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training content: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs.
Apply instructional design principles and content strategies to create engaging modules.
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams for content validation and review.
Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct learning material.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet timelines.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and creativity in content delivery.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
Instructional Design principles & learning strategies
.
Proven experience in creating
eLearning, ILT, vILT, and training content
.
Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline/Rise)
and other rapid authoring tools.
Excellent comprehension, writing, and research skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or related discipline.
Minimum 4
years of experience
in Instructional Design / Learning Development.
