Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Instructional Designer role located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that align with business goals. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, utilizing effective learning methodologies, and incorporating digital tools for an engaging learning experience. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to develop innovative and impactful training programs to enhance learner performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Instructional Design methodologies, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and learning strategies.
  • Skilled in e-learning tools, content authoring platforms, and digital learning technologies.
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis, evaluate training effectiveness, and update training content based on feedback.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and trainers.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative and customized learning solutions tailored to various audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of contact center operations or customer experience solutions.
