• Create detailed

• Structure, organize, and re-model content to improve clarity, flow, and engagement.
  
• Design and develop

  e-learning modules

  using Articulate Storyline and Rise (mandatory).
• Collaborate closely with

  Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  to gather content and validate accuracy.
• Apply instructional design

  models, theories, and taxonomies

  to create high-quality learning experiences.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of the

  learning development life cycle

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
  
• Use creative thinking and visualization skills to convert raw content into interactive and engaging digital learning.
  
• Identify opportunities to integrate innovative
