Job Description

What Youll Do

Design and enhance employee training programs for US businesses
Ensure content aligns with US compliance and regulatory standards
Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate, refine, and scale course materials
Collaborate with SMEs, content, and design teams to deliver engaging learning

experiences

Review scripts, videos, and interactive content for quality and consistency
Create quizzes, assessments, and learner engagement activities
Manage timelines, documentation, and project deliverables

What Were Looking For

3–6 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training (US market

preferred)

Strong skills in writing, editing, and storyboarding
Hands-on experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and

prompt optimization

Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning standards
Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
