Senior Instructional Designer

Do you enjoy writing? Do you love teaching? Join a US-based, VC-funded startup as an 'E-Learning Instructional Designer'. Help build the world's largest trade school - 300,000+ students from all over the world.

Compensation : $500 - $750 per Month

Since this is a startup, you will wear many hats.

• Work Setup

  : Remote                                                                                                                                              

• Working days and time

  : Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 12 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Writing and developing instructional designs for e-learning courses

2. Defining graphics, animations, and simulations for our development team

3. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to validate and verify content

4. Gathering course feedback from students & improving for maximum quality

Required background:

1. English writing and speaking skills

2. Teaching skills & a passion for teaching

3. Passion for science

Preferred Background

1. Experience building e-learning courses

2. Science background

3. Experience working with LLMs

4. Experience working at a startup, preferably a US-based startup
