Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Instructional Designer. The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for performing comprehensive needs analyses, designing instructional materials, developing curriculums, managing learning programs, and supporting training initiatives. The role involves working closely with teams to create engaging, effective, and accessible learning experiences aligned with educational objectives and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the instructional design of digital courses, simulations, and learning pathways Translate pathway blueprints and learning outcomes into creator-ready design packs Review and quality-assure vendor-developed content Design assessments (diagnostic, formative, summative) and rubrics Ensure alignment with student grade levels (G9–12) and learning science principles Collaborate with LMS and UX teams Mentor junior instructional designers Required Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design Strong portfolio of digital courses and/or simulations Experience with instructional design models Proven experience working with content vendors or agencies Strong assessment and learning outcomes design skills Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards Preferred Skills Experience in K-12, higher education, or career readiness programs Experience designing scenario-based or simulation learning Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Genially, or H5P Experience working in the UAE or regional education context Comfort working in fast-paced, large-scale programs

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be in charge of performing and managing advanced accounting tasks including financial analysis, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly and annual closing processes, compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the development of financial strategies. Additionally, the role involves leading audits, identifying process improvements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Record financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. 2. Financial Statements: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and assess performance. 3. Audit and Certification: - Coordinate and facilitate external audits. - Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits. - Assist in obtaining certifications required by regulatory authorities or stakeholders. 4. VAT Filing: - Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with local tax regulations. -Maintain records of VAT transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. 5. Payroll Processing: - Manage payroll processing activities, including calculation of salaries, deductions, and taxes. - Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries. 6. Projections and Budgeting: - Assist in the preparation of financial projections and budgets. - Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis. 7. Vendor Payments: - Process payments to vendors and suppliers in accordance with established procedures. - Verify invoices, reconcile accounts payable, and address any discrepancies. 8. Daily Ad-hoc Tasks: - Handle day-to-day financial tasks as assigned by management. - Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for financial information 9. Monthly Closing of Books 10. Monthly reports - Books must be closed with in 7 working days of the next month. -Once the books are closed monthly reports as requested by the management. 11. Invoice to Customer. -Prepare timely invoice to customers and share with the customer in the prescribed channel 12. Corporate tax compliance - Maintain the books as to adhere to the corporate tax compliance. 13. Pass monthly inter company entries and Reconcile inter-company balance Qualifications Expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes Proven experience with financial reporting, budget preparation, and compliance with regulatory standards Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
