Design and develop high-quality instructional content, courses, and learning materials for various delivery formats (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, microlearning).
Conduct needs analysis, assess learner requirements, and define learning objectives in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Apply adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and innovative learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Create storyboards, prototypes, and courseware using e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
Review and update existing learning content to ensure it aligns with current business needs and industry standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and implement improvements.
Mentor and guide junior instructional designers, providing feedback and sharing best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Learning Development, HR, and business units to ensure learning solutions meet organizational goals.
