🌟 We’re Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (PAN India) 📄 Full-Time | 3-Month Contract 🌐 Remote (PAN India) 🕒 Shift Timings: 1 PM – 10 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM ⚠️ Assessment will be part of the selection process. We’re looking for highly skilled Senior Instructional Designers to join our client’s team. If you are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! 🔍 Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Functional Managers and SMEs to understand business challenges and learning needs. Design effective learning solutions aligned with project goals. Support in defining CTQs, including style guides, templates, and checklists. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design comprehensive training curricula. Develop, review, and ensure quality of all learning deliverables. Provide constructive feedback to enhance team instructional capabilities. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging and relevant learning solutions. Ensure project timelines, quality, and productivity standards are met. Identify risks and support mitigation planning. 🎓 Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or MBA from a recognized institution. 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design/L&D. Expertise in Microsoft Office and tools like Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc. Experience using AI tools for content creation and design automation. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 💡 Key Competencies Deep understanding of ID models, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and modern learning methodologies. Experience in microlearning, gamification, and mobile-friendly design. Ability to recommend effective learning strategies and technologies. Strong writing, design, and review skills with attention to detail. Proficient in tools like Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now/WalkMe.
