Job Overview: The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent association start with Workafella. Manage all inbound, and outbound calls and emails on time. Be prepared and updated with each center location, address, and sales team information. Understand customer needs and requirements update the same on CRM and update the center team with the same. Responsibilities: Provide customers with product and service information. Emphasize the Workafella brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion. Nurture, develop, and close leads resulting in booked and completed tours. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and ensure closure. Track tours and sales targets across region and center and prioritize calls, and efforts accordingly. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports. Learn, adapt, and master CRM to efficiently input and track data. Capture all new customer information into CRM. Pass on customer feedback to the center team and management. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. Keep records of all conversations in the CRM database understandably. Manage and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with the center team. Be updated on the competitor city-wise and center-wise. Aware of competitor strengths and falls. Any Bachelor's degree with good English communication Qualification: Be proactive, friendly, and well-spoken. Graduate with a minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in product Sales experience preferred). Well-known English knowledge skills. Kannada & Telugu will be added advantage. Demonstrate effective time management and organization skills. Possess a natural ability to network and build lasting business relationships. Display excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively with high-level decision-makers over the telephone and mail. Self-starter/can-do attitude. Convincing skills. Have a working knowledge of the industry and relevant marketplace. Learn to establish accurate plans for forecasts, and prioritize effort. Analyze the lead and provide relevant solutions. Prompt in attending to calls & emails. Quick response.
