Senior Inside Sales Executive

You will work within the US & Canadian territory, engaging with small and mid-market accounts in the homecare industry to promote Netsmartz software products. Your responsibilities include identifying and qualifying target prospects, engaging with c-level decision makers, and creating new opportunities within the defined territory. You will conduct meetings, provide software demonstrations to prospective clients, and close sales while developing territory plans to exceed revenue targets. Maintaining accurate forecasting procedures and updating executive management on a timely basis is crucial. Additionally, you will proactively generate new leads, nurture and win new prospects, and collaborate with chosen channel partners to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Netsmartz software solutions. Building relationships with regional re-sellers and providing support when needed to drive future sales growth is also a key aspect of the role. Collaboration with internal teams across the company is essential, as is identifying and supporting marketing events, partner activities, and community engagements within the territory. You will need to effectively manage client needs to ensure ROI and usage satisfaction while achieving sales targets through successful pipeline management. Developing strong customer relationships, understanding their requirements, and executing end-to-end marketing programs are critical components of the position. Your role will also involve strategizing, developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns, events, webinars, conferences, and business conclaves. A hands-on approach to execution, the ability to take on multiple roles in marketing, corporate strategy, and sales, and possessing analytical and creative skills will be beneficial for success in this role.,
