Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Identify potential leads through databases, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students.
  • Counseling & Consultation
  • Understand the student’s academic background, career goals, and interests.
  • Provide accurate information about UG & PG courses, eligibility, admission process, and career outcomes.
  • Act as the first point of contact to guide them in choosing the right program.
  • Sales & Conversion
  • Pitch the courses effectively over the phone.
  • Handle objections, resolve doubts, and build trust to increase conversion.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Database & CRM Management
  • Update CRM with lead details, interaction history, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Building
  • Nurture leads through consistent engagement via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Guide students through the admission process until enrollment is complete.
  • Build long-term relationships for referrals and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Market Research & Feedback
  • Stay updated on course offerings, competitor programs, and industry trends.
  • Gather student feedback to improve sales approach and counseling methods.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work with marketing teams to get qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with academic counselors or admission teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Share insights on student needs and objections with management.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Meet daily call targets (e.g., 80–100 calls/day depending on organization).
  • Track and report sales performance, conversion ratios, and revenue contribution.
  • Consistently work towards exceeding sales KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
