Senior Human Resources Recruiter (Non IT)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across departments such as operations, sales, admin, finance, facilities, HR, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding.

-Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage top talent.

-Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

-Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.

-Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.

-Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.

-Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

-Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics in keka hire platform and provide regular updates to management.

-Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.

-Talent Pipeline: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
