Senior Human Resources Recruiter (Non IT)

Work mode : Monday to Friday Alternate Saturday (WFO)

Job Purpose:

He/she will also be responsible for attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media platforms, job portals, and professional networks.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Primary: • Develop and implement manpower planning to meet new and existing client requirements, ensuring the right staff with appropriate competencies are available on time, both onsite and offsite.

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and other professional networks.

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including directly recruiting senior-level positions.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduled timelines.

• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

• Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Employee traditional sourcing strategies, actively network, and implement innovative recruiting methods to hire top talent.

• Maintain recruitment tracking systems and compile monthly recruitment reports

• Manage offer negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.

2. Secondary: • Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure HR best practices are applied
