Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Noida. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves liaising with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, posting job listings, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensure a positive candidate experience, and assist in onboarding new hires. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and full lifecycle recruiting Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus Show more Show less
