Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at HBeonLabs Technologies Pvt Ltd in Noida. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Must Have experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry
• Must have Experience in skill development of growth of employees
