Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will work closely with management to create a positive work environment and support the company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the hiring process and support recruitment efforts.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Guide managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Oversee training, development, and performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
  • Maintain employee records and use HR software.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of HR experience, with some in a leadership role.
  • Good understanding of HR laws and practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and tools.
