Job Description

Job Title

  • Establish the HR department and all related policies, processes, and systems.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership to support business growth and workforce planning.
  • Drive the creation of a positive and performance-driven work culture.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Build a strong recruitment engine to support hiring across departments and locations (India and GCC).
  • Develop hiring plans, JD templates, and employer branding strategies.
  • Set up structured onboarding programs and documentation practices.

3. Performance Management & Development

  • Design and implement performance review systems (OKRs/KPIs/appraisals).
  • Introduce L&D initiatives for employee upskilling and career development.
  • Identify and groom future leaders within the organization.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement, internal communications, and recognition initiatives.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Foster inter-departmental collaboration and cultural alignment.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Define salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, shops & establishment, etc.).
  • Manage HR audits, contracts, and employee records securely and efficiently.

6. HR Operations & Exit Management

  • Oversee payroll coordination, HRMS implementation, and HR analytics.
  • Manage grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support off boarding processes.

7. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 to 14 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in IT/consulting/technology services.
  • Proven experience in setting up HR functions for mid-sized organizations or MNCs in India.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms, recruitment tools, Excel, and reporting.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a reputed institute.
