Senior Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives, driving organizational growth and effectiveness.

• Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from setting hiring objectives and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems to on boarding and succession planning.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace harassment complaints to foster a healthy and respectful work environment.

• Performance Management:

Design and manage performance appraisal systems to align employee goals with organizational goals and provide support for career development.

• Compensation & Benefits:

Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

• Learning & Development:

Identify training needs and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.

• Compliance & Policy:

Ensure all HR practices and policies adhere to labour laws, legal regulations, and company standards.

• HR Technology:

Manage and leverage HR technology, including payroll systems and ATS, to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.

• Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire, and provide data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications :

MALE candidate

Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related areas

8 + years work experience in a senior HR Manager or similar role.

Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.

Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise management and resolve employee issues.

Ability to handle complex employee relations matters and drive organizational change.
