We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our corporate team at Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Prior experience in the IT company will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processMaintain employee records and ensure timely documentationMonitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll inputsHandle employee grievances and implement engagement strategiesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company HR policiesOversee employee training, development, and performance trackingCoordinate full & final settlements and exit formalitiesSupport department heads in HR-related matters and planning
Candidate Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in core HR operationsStrong communication and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of labor laws and HR software systemsAbility to multitask and manage deadlines
