The ideal candidate will ensure that site operations meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines while maintaining safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site installation of solar PV modules, mounting structures, cabling, inverters, and balance-of-system components. Monitor daily progress, track key milestones, and report site updates to the project management team. Conduct site surveys, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical contractors. Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and best practices. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues. Assist in commissioning, quality assurance testing, and handover documentation. Maintain records such as site inspection logs, as-built drawings, and punch lists. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical, & Civil. 2 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy or large infrastructure projects, preferably solar. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Knowledge of solar PV systems, grid integration, and local electrical codes. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Working Conditions: Based on-site with extended hours during peak construction periods. Requires travel to multiple locations depending on project demands.
