Job Description - Senior HR Manager
Position: Senior HR ManagerExperience: 7 - 10 Years (Manufacturing Industry)Location: Noida, Sector-63Compensation: As per industry standardsPreference: Male CandidateRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing/ head office unit. The candidate must be well-versed in factory compliances, government liaison, workforce hiring, and employee development, with proven expertise in building a strong HR culture. Key Responsibilities- Ensure 100% compliance with Factory Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms.- Liaison with govt. authorities for HR & compliance-related matters.- Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and managerial roles.- Drive training & development initiatives and build annual training calendars.- Plan and execute employee engagement activities & welfare programs.- Maintain harmonious employee relations and resolve grievances effectively.- Support management in policy-making, audits, and organizational development. Candidate Profile- Male candidate with 7 -10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/corporate office setup.- Strong knowledge of compliances, audits, and govt. dealings.- Skilled in Talent Acquisition, Training, Engagement & Industrial Relation.- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
