Job Description - Senior HR Manager Position: Senior HR Manager Experience: 7 - 10 Years (Manufacturing Industry) Location: Noida, Sector-63 Compensation: As per industry standards Preference: Male Candidate Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing/ head office unit. The candidate must be well-versed in factory compliances, government liaison, workforce hiring, and employee development, with proven expertise in building a strong HR culture. Key Responsibilities - Ensure 100% compliance with Factory Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms. - Liaison with govt. authorities for HR & compliance-related matters. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and managerial roles. - Drive training & development initiatives and build annual training calendars. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities & welfare programs. - Maintain harmonious employee relations and resolve grievances effectively. - Support management in policy-making, audits, and organizational development. Candidate Profile - Male candidate with 7 -10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/corporate office setup. - Strong knowledge of compliances, audits, and govt. dealings. - Skilled in Talent Acquisition, Training, Engagement & Industrial Relation. - Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
