Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including joining formalities, exit formalities, payroll processing, salary processing, time office management, and statutory compliance.
Oversee HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal systems, training programs, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records of employee data and ensuring timely submission of returns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field (preferably from manufacturing industry).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, HR operations, HR generalist activities, joining formalities, exit formalities, labour laws, payroll management & statutory compliance.
