Job Description

HR Executive/Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment cycle.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate medical bookings and documentation.
  • Handle visa processing and related paperwork.
  • Arrange travel and departure formalities for selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR background preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
