Job Title:Assistant Manager- Talent Management

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bangalore(Electronic City)

Responsibilities:

Accountable for project management and metrics related to the execution of talent management programs (PMS, R&R, Training, Succession Planning, Career Development etc.) across India to maximize the strategic use of human capital.

  • Partner with Manjushree Production System Leader (MPS) to support Learning & Development pillar related initiatives such as Awards, Recognitions, Celebrations, Continuous improvement culture, learning & development centre, skill matrix & individual development plan.
  • Work closely with the Plant HR and functional leaders to understand customer needs as it pertains to talent management programs / systems and be the point of contact to Plant HR and functional leaders
  • Responsible for providing ad hoc reports to Organizational Effectiveness and Learning and Development, SDP, Performance Management, Organizational Charts, and others as needed.
  • Identify training needs of employees in partnership with their managers and leaders to ensure we have programs needed for employees to execute their development plans.
  • Support the use of non-training solutions that accelerate the deepening of the organization's leadership talent pool, such as mentoring program, 360-degree feedback process, executive coaching, new manager orientation and assimilation, exit interview etc. Desired profile Ideal candidate would be a high-energy successful HR or Talent Management professional who will be responsible to Plan, direct, and coordinate talent management process for the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources. Qualification: MBA (HR) or Masters Degree in HR Experience: 3 – 7 years Must-have experience & exposure
  • Successful track record of coordinating and supporting HR or Talent management related deliverables preferably in a growing organization
  • HR generalist or talent mngt. exp. with min 3+ years stability either in the current or the previous Company (Should not be a frequent job hopper)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing independently
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Proven track record of planning and successfully managing large-scale change projects
  • Experience with developing and implementing corporate-wide initiatives. Desired personality traits
  • The ideal personality trait need to have a blend of hard (computer savy, data analytics, strong understanding of HR metrics) and soft skills (communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, makes sound decision, drives continuous improvement culture, Influences others) with relevant experience and a cultural fit with the company. Target industries (& Cos.) to look into Someone preferably from a high-volume product-manufacturing industry with margin pressure (FMCG, AutoComponents, etc)
