Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workday Configuration & Governance

Lead configuration and continuous improvement across Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Performance, and Talent.
Own and optimize complex business processes, advanced conditions, custom validations, and cross-module workflows.
Oversee Workday security design, role governance, domain permissions, delegation workflows, and audit controls.
Manage bi-annual Workday releases: impact assessment, regression testing strategy, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Integrations & Technical Expertise

Design, build, and maintain advanced integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/DT, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP).
Coordinate with internal IT and third-party vendors for SFTP/API connections, file specifications, and integration mapping.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot complex errors, and ensure timely and accurate data flow across HR, Payroll, Finance, and external systems.
Document integration architecture, transformation rules, and technical logic.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

Develop advanced reports (Composite, Matrix, Calculated Fields, Workday Dashboards) to support HR analytics.
Ensure high data quality via audits, governance rules, and proactive monitoring.
Oversee mass data loads and data correction activities using EIBs, Workday data utilities, and spreadsheets.

Stakeholder Leadership & Support

Serve as a key advisor to HR leadership on Workday capabilities and system evolution.
Lead cross-functional projects, including new country deployments, reorganizations, M&A integrations, and new module rollouts.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners to align system design with business strategy.
Deliver advanced training sessions for HR teams, super-users, and managers on Workday functionality.
