Job Title: Senior HR Manager - Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Rajahmundry

Industry: Two-Wheeler Finance

Reports To: Director – HR

Experience Required: 8–12 years in HR (preferably in NBFC/Automobile Finance)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : 50,000 - 55,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions for our fast-growing two-wheeler finance company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Generalist Functions

* Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, grievance handling, and compliance.

* Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning through HR analytics and workforce planning.

2. Policy Formulation & Implementation

* Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, and employee handbooks in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.

* Ensure company policies promote a healthy and productive workplace culture.

3. HR & Labor Law Compliance

* Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws ( Payment of Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefits Act, etc.).

* Handle audits, inspections, and maintain statutory records as per labor law requirements.

4. Statutory Compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)

* Manage and oversee timely remittance and compliance related to ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and other applicable acts.

* Liaison with government authorities for any statutory concerns or updates.

5. Payroll Management

* Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including salary disbursements, tax deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

* Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for seamless payroll execution.

6. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Lead the recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions including workforce planning, job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

* Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies.

7. Employee Engagement & Retention

* Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.

* Conduct exit interviews and work on retention strategies to reduce attrition.

8. HRIS & Documentation

* Maintain HR systems and records for accurate data management and reporting.

* Generate and analyze HR reports related to attrition, headcount, statutory compliance, etc.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of HR and labor laws applicable to the Indian context.

* Proficiency in payroll systems, ESI/PF portals, and statutory filings.

* Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR operations.

* Ability to create and implement HR policies and frameworks.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

* Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS platforms and tools.

Qualifications:

* MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.

* 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, automobile finance, or related sectors.

* Certification in labor laws/statutory compliance (desirable).
