To develop and update HR policies and procedures ensuring they comply with applicable laws and standards. To monitor and implement third party client compliances in the organization. To lead all internal and external audits for compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. To provide strategic HR support and develop HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the company's overall strategy. To identify and develop key HR metrics and performance indicators. To monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives by tracking key metrics and measuring their ROI. To manage background verification processes for the organization. To support employee engagement initiatives. Requirements Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with HRMS systems and data extraction/manipulation. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
