Responsibilities
· Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.
· Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions.
· Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
· Assist with payroll and Compliance management (PF, ESIC, PT & Returns etc).
· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
· Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business.
· 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
