Senior HR Executive

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding sessions. 2. Employee Records Management Maintain and update employee databases (attendance, leaves, personal details, etc.). Ensure all HR documents and files are complete and properly stored. Handle HRMS or payroll software for employee data management. 3. Attendance and Payroll Support Track attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Assist in payroll preparation and verify employee working hours. Coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement. 4. Performance Management Support the appraisal process and maintain performance evaluation records. Assist managers in setting and tracking employee performance goals. 5. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement. Support in organizing team-building and welfare activities. 6. Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws. Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct. 7. Exit Formalities Handle resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews. Prepare and issue relieving letters and experience certificates. 8. Compliance and Reporting Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR reports and submit them to management as required.
