Senior HR Executive

As an HR Manager at our manufacturing plant in Lalru, Punjab, your role will involve handling employee data management, attendance, and leave records, ensuring 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Minimum Wages. You will be responsible for managing statutory audits, inspections, and documentation, as well as keeping updated records and ensuring timely filing of statutory returns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for employees - Maintain HRMS and employee records in accordance with company policies - Address employee grievances and provide support in disciplinary procedures - Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs - Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, health & safety, and training programs Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment is a plus Please note that this role is based out of our manufacturing plant in Lalru, Punjab.
