Senior HR Executive

As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR strategy. Your experience in manufacturing and strong leadership skills will be essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all HR functions, such as hiring, training, and employee relations - Collaborating with management to enhance team performance and company culture - Ensuring that company policies align with labor laws and safety regulations - Addressing employee issues and resolving conflicts as needed - Supporting workforce planning and staff development To qualify for this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field - 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in HR laws and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) This is a full-time position with the benefit of paid sick time.
