Senior HR Executive

The Senior Executive - HR will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations and employee relations. The role requires a dynamic HR professional who can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution, contributing to building a strong and people-centric workplace culture.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Week: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates.
• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition activities.
• Connect with employees and conduct feedback sessions to promote a positive work culture.
• Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and other HR documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Provide HR support to employees and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement practices.
• Good understanding of HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
