As a Senior HR Executive at our company based in Salem, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies to drive the organization's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Strategic HR Leadership:** - Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with company goals. - Providing strategic direction and support to senior management. - Leading and managing the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - **Talent Management:** - Overseeing recruitment processes to acquire top talent. - Implementing talent management programs for career development and performance enhancement. - Enhancing employee engagement and retention through effective HR practices. - **Employee Relations and Compliance:** - Addressing complex employee relations issues and managing conflict resolution. - Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. - Managing disciplinary actions as needed. - **Compensation and Benefits:** - Developing competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Conducting market research to ensure equitable compensation practices. - Overseeing benefits administration and relationships with external providers. - **Organizational Development:** - Leading initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. - Supporting change management processes and organizational transformation. - Designing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills. - **HR Analytics and Reporting:** - Utilizing HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making. - Presenting regular HR reports to senior management with insights and recommendations. - **HR Policy and Procedure Development:** - Developing and updating HR policies to meet legal requirements and support company goals. - Communicating policies effectively to ensure consistent application across the organization. **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred. - Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role. **Skills Required:** - Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software, systems, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
