Policy and Compliance: *Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. *Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements. HR Operations: *Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational activities. *Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.
