Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables: · Manage Talent Acquisition and the Recruitment Funnel (End to End – From Sourcing to Onboarding) · Conduct Induction for new joinees. · Manage the performance management cycle. · Review the KRAs and quarterly performance of employees. · Actively participate on Key HR projects and Employee Engagement initiatives by partnering with leaders and other associates. · Organize events / develop strategies and ideas for retention of employees · Strategize and execute Rewards and Recognition. · Be the single point of contact to solve employee grievances. · Streamline the training and development vertical and drive the various learning programs and initiatives to enhance and develop the talent pool. · Manage the end-to-end exit formalities. · Maintain record of employee attendance. · Working on other activities for ensuring that the teams function effectively and smoothly and assist with any other role of HR as may be required from time to time. What must you bring? / Required skills: · Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience · Must be fluent in English and must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills · Must be presentable, Dymanic & Organised · Significant understanding of the various HR process, policies, and tools · Experience with design and implementation of various HR strategy · Proven ability to negotiate · Conflict Resolution · Self-Motivated · Detail Oriented
