Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management (Primary Focus):

* Process end-to-end monthly payroll with accuracy & timeliness.

* Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).

* Handle salary revisions, increments, arrears & F&F settlements.

* Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements & reconciliations.

* Generate payroll MIS reports & maintain confidentiality of data.

*Recruitment & Onboarding:*

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

* Schedule & coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.

* Conduct induction programs for new employees.

Documentation & HR Operations:

* Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and personal files.

* Draft and manage HR letters (confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.).

* Ensure statutory & compliance documentation is updated.

* Support audits by providing required HR/payroll data.

Skills Required

* Hands-on experience in Payroll software & MS Excel.

* Knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws.

* Strong recruitment & interview coordination skills.

* Attention to detail and confidentiality in documentation.

* Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
