Job Description

You will be responsible for recruitment activities such as creating and managing job postings on various platforms, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and update HR policies and procedures for policy development. - Ensure adherence to legal requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, and gratuity for statutory compliance. - Facilitate smooth onboarding, including document verification and induction programs for employee onboarding. - Monitor employee performance and provide support for appraisals and performance improvement plans for employee performance management. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resource Management. - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR. In addition to the job responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
