Job Title: Senior Executive – HR Location: Raipur Experience: 2–3 Years Availability: Immediate Joiner About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Executive – HR to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while supporting organizational growth and building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Support performance management processes and training initiatives. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for management. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, operations, and compliance). Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
