Job Description

Core HR Roles & Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per company and labor laws. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management. Sales KPI & Performance Management Responsibilities - Design, implement, and monitor monthly KPIs for sales personnel aligned with company revenue goals. Track monthly sales performance at individual and team levels. Prepare and present monthly KPI and performance reports to management. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to define targets, incentives, commissions, and performance benchmarks. Identify performance gaps and initiate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where required. Support management in sales incentive planning and evaluation based on KPI results. Ensure transparency and accuracy in sales performance data and evaluations
