Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Human Resource Executive at our Textile/Dyeing Mill located in Gangapuram, Chithode (Erode District), your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling employee grievances, maintaining healthy industrial relations, and supporting management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms. - Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations. - Support management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation. Qualifications & Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration. - 4-6 years of HR experience (preferably in textile/dyeing mills). - Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance. - Good communication and people-management skills. Please note: The work location for this full-time position is in person.
