As a Senior HR Executive at Sky Ocean Shipping, your role will involve handling end-to-end HR operations for the India back-office team. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with your experience in managing HR processes in a professional service environment, will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for India operations. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Handle HR documentation including offer letters, confirmations, and exits. - Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries. - Liaise with UAE management for reporting and coordination of HR activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration. - 4 years of experience in HR operations (Logistics Industry Preferred). - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Prior experience in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
