Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior HR Executive who will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, HR systems, and employee engagement. The role involves implementing and managing HRMS platform (Zoho People), driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting recruitment and core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & HRMS (Primary Focus)

• Implement, configure, and manage the organizations HRMS (Zoho People)
  
• Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, leave management, document management, and HR workflows.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRMS.
  
• Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs aligned with system workflows.
  
• Prepare and publish HR dashboards, MIS reports, and compliance-related reports.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related queries, system enhancements, and vendor coordination.
  

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, belonging, and workplace culture.
  
• Drive initiatives related to internal communication, employee connect programs, and recognition activities.
  
• Support onboarding engagement, buddy programs, and early employee experience initiatives.
  
• Coordinate surveys, feedback mechanisms, and pulse checks; analyze insights and recommend actions.
  
• Partner with business leaders to promote inclusive, respectful, and high-engagement work practices.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives aligned with organizational values.
  

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role specifications.
  
• Create and publish job descriptions across job portals, social media, and internal channels.
  
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and reports; ensure system updates in ATS/HRMS.
  
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and external sourcing partnerships.
  

HR Support & Compliance

• Manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exits.
  
• Support compliance-related activities, audits, and periodic HR reporting.
  
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory best practices.
  
• Assist in rolling out HR communications, policies, and knowledge initiatives.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong grounding in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and engagement practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People preferred).
  
• Ability to balance process efficiency with employee experience.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS platforms, ATS, and job portals.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or senior HR executive roles.
  
• Prior exposure to employee engagement initiatives and HRMS implementation/administration is strongly preferred.
  
• Experience in growing or fast-paced organizations will be an advantage.
