Senior HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at Hair Transplant Clinic, located in Ernakulam Kochi, Kerala, you will be reporting to the Zonal Head. Your role will involve overseeing HR operations related to recruitment & selection for clinical and non-clinical roles, managing the onboarding/offboarding process, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and clinic regulations, promoting a healthy work culture, organizing team-building activities, monitoring staff satisfaction, conducting exit interviews, and suggesting improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment & selection for clinical (surgeons, technicians, nurses) and non-clinical roles (front desk, admin, housekeeping). - Manage onboarding/offboarding process and maintain employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws and clinic regulations. - Promote a healthy work culture by organizing team-building activities and recognition programs. - Monitor staff satisfaction, conduct exit interviews, and suggest improvements. - Identify training needs for clinical and support staff and arrange periodic trainings. - Ensure all HR policies are documented and updated as needed in line with local laws. - Forecast staffing requirements and work closely with management to align HR strategy with clinic growth goals. - Assist in budgeting for HR activities and coordinate with other departments for HR support. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters or HR certification preferred. - Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws and medical industry best practices, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, conflict resolution skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office.
