Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Hyderabad

Overview

Cotiviti is looking for a dynamic Business Partner to join our HRBP Team. We are looking for a progressive, strategic People Business Partner, preferably with experience in highly distributed and matrixed software organizations. This individual will report to the Director, HR, and will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders in executing the people & culture strategy and partnering with business leadership to proactively identify future people-related business needs and translating them into achievable action plans. This role will act as a consultant to business unit management on all HR-related actions and act as an employee champion.

What You Will Do:

  • Directly support targeted business units with a deep understanding of their charter, challenges, and priorities.
  • Partner closely with BU leaders and leadership teams to build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Understand associate concerns and engagement drivers, advocating for meaningful change.
  • Support senior business leaders in developing and executing talent strategies for growth while fostering an engaging, respectful, and fun work environment.
  • Embed cultural values and organizational philosophy into HR practices and programs.
  • Identify and lead initiatives around organizational change aligned with strategic business direction.
  • Provide change management support and coach leaders to grow and adapt effectively.
  • Promote a positive work environment through strong employee engagement practices.
  • Analyze business and people metrics (retention, engagement, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with managers and the People Operations Team to ensure accuracy in associate data and processes; some administrative tasks may apply.
  • Travel to business locations as needed.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (Masters degree or MBA in HR preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in a high-tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in coaching senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, performance, and learning.
  • Exceptional business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading HR projects and making data-driven recommendations.
  • High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across HR specialties (TA, L&D, Compensation, DEI, ER, etc.).
  • Comfort working across global teams and multiple time zones.
