Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager



Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for India and U.S. teams across operations, marketing, design, Quality Control, warehouse, merchandising and other functions. 
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruitment partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and ensure swift, efficient fulfillment of key roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience.


HR Operations & People Management

  • Oversee HR functions across India and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment with company values and productivity goals.
  • Manage and mentor the Junior HR associate handling payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, scorecards, and structured review systems to track employee output.
  • Partner with department heads to manage workflows, team structures, and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives across both offices.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws while coordinating with U.S. HR for cross-border consistency.


Qualifications


A driven HR leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and creating operational clarity.


  • 6–10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on 

    talent acquisition, workflow management, and performance alignment.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-border teams (India/U.S. exposure preferred).
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, performance systems, and modern HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in 

    D2C, eCommerce, or manufacturing

     environments is a strong advantage.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
