Head of Digital & Brand Marketing

 Location: New Delhi (Full-time, remote with overlap to U.S. hours)

Role Overview

Head of Digital & Brand Marketing

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Execution


  • Work closely with the key company executives to translate brand vision into actionable digital campaigns.
  • Manage channel strategies across SEO, SEM, Amazon PPC, social, influencer, email, and PR support.
  • Ensure consistent luxury brand storytelling across all platforms.


Agency & Partner Management


  • Oversee SEO, SEM, PR, Amazon, and social media agencies.
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and consolidate reports.
  • Act as the single point of contact between the founder and agencies.


Content & Brand Voice


  • Coordinate blog writers, social calendars, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Review and refine content for tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Support PR partners with content, product assets, and messaging.


Analytics & Reporting


  • Consolidate reporting from Shopify, Amazon, SEO tools, and ad platforms.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


Influencer & Affiliate Growth


  • Develop and manage influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Build consistent collaborations that drive traffic, awareness, and conversion.


Cross-Team Collaboration


  • Work with the India back-office team for product launches, listings, and creative assets.
  • Liaise with U.S. partners (PR & creative consultants) to fine-tune brand messaging.


Qualifications


  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally with

    D2C brands targeting U.S./UK markets

    (home, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong background in

    digital performance marketing

    (SEO, SEM, paid social, Amazon PPC).
  • Proven track record in managing

    multiple agencies and freelancers

    .
  • Excellent written and spoken English; ability to adapt content for premium/luxury audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon reporting.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and coordinating across time zones.
