The Role (Why this job exists)

Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

You’ll set the visual direction, manage production across channels, and be the go-to person for fresh ideas and flawless execution — from static assets and reels to OOH mockups and pitch decks.

  : Establish and maintain consistent visual identities across all client platforms.

• Campaign Creativity

  : Deliver high-performing designs (social posts, reels, ads, print collaterals) tested weekly and optimized for engagement.

• AI-Enhanced Workflow

  : Use advanced AI tools (beyond ChatGPT & Gemini) for ideation, mood-boards, mockups, and automation to increase output without losing craft.

• Cross-Media Excellence

  : Seamless translation of concepts from digital to outdoor to experiential activations.

• Mentorship

  : Elevate junior designers’ work through feedback, training, and knowledge-sharing.

Responsibility

• Creative Strategy

  : Translate client briefs into concepts, mood-boards, and full campaign storyboards.

• Design Execution

  : Lead the design of ads, reels, carousels, pitch decks, print & transit media layouts.

• AI Tool Mastery

  : Hands-on with cutting-edge tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kaiber, Nano Banana, Looka, and emerging platforms for rapid prototyping.

• Brand Collateral

  : Build brand kits, logos, packaging, signage, and outdoor creatives.

• Motion & Video Direction

  : create micro-videos, reels, GIFs, and kinetic typography.

• Quality & Deadlines

  : Maintain a high standard of craft while meeting tight timelines.

• Client Collaboration

  : Present concepts to clients, justify design decisions, and incorporate feedback without losing impact.

Must have experience :

• Proven multi-format portfolio (digital + print + motion).
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools beyond ChatGPT/Gemini — e.g. MidJourney, Runway, Nano Banana, Kaiber, D-ID, Looka.
• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout across cultures and platforms.
• Understanding of campaign KPIs and how creative drives performance.

Bonus to have

• Packaging and experiential design experience.
• 3D / AR asset design (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• UI/UX chops for landing pages and microsites.
• Ability to run structured A/B testing for creatives.
