Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and proven ability to handle high-volume design work for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of hands-on experience, a solid portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to final delivery across digital platforms – social media, websites, paid ads, email campaigns, and more.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to deliver effective and engaging creatives.
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital work (social media, branding, campaigns, etc.)
• Experience managing tight timelines and high-volume projects.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and web design is a plus.
