Visual Graphics Designer

Role Overview

Visual Graphics Designer with 6–7 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for both digital and print platforms (websites, social media, brochures, infographics, presentations, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and proposal teams to deliver innovative and brand-aligned design solutions.
• Develop visually engaging decks, proposals, and reports to support business growth and client communications.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design standards across all deliverables.
• Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 6–7 years of proven experience

  as a Visual/Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing B2B marketing collateral, including corporate decks, brochures, and other promotional materials for US market.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and tools like Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
